Dandy Wines is the culmination of nearly 25 years of celebrating life’s finest moments with family and friends in the heart of Catalonia. For as long as I can remember, exceptional food and wine have been at the center of every joyous occasion. As a chef, I’ve built personal connections with those who craft the artisanal treasures that grace the table: seasonal fruits and vegetables, wild mushrooms, charcuterie, prime cuts of meat, the best wines and the wonderful ingredients that bring to life iconic local dishes like the rices, fiduàs, and mar y montaña stews. When the opportunity arose to collaborate with local winemakers in the Priorat—one of the world’s most esteemed wine regions—I followed my heart. And so, Dandy Wines was born.
