2018 DANDY BOAR PRIORAT DOQ

FINCA ARGELES
Finca Argeles, near the village of Porrera and located within the Natural Park of the "Serra del Montsant," at an average altitude of 420 meters, covers an area of 66 ha, 10 ha of which are planted with vineyards. The soil type varies depending on the area, predominantly llicorella (slate).

TASTING NOTES
Dark purple color with dense, tinted tears. Aromas of young fruit with balsamic notes.
On the palate, it has a powerful entry, with good acidity and silky tannins. A luscious, youthful, and well-structured wine. Ready to enjoy on any occasion.

VINIFICATION
During harvest, the different ripening stages of each variety are distinguished. The balsamic character of the carignan is the priority for this wine. A pre-fermentation cold maceration enhances the aromas and ensures greater color stability. After fermentation, the wine ages for 12 months in French and American oak barrels.
