EL SOLÀ D'ARES
El Solà d’Ares produces various fermented products such as wines, garnacha beer, and kombucha (fermented tea), complemented by a technical experience that explores new concepts and the personality that can be conveyed in a product crafted with enthusiasm.
ESTATE
Vines cultivated on steep slopes, on slate and sandstone soils, in the municipality of Torroja del Priorat. The climate is semi-arid Mediterranean continental, where austere conditions drive the plant to express the wine’s characteristics to the extreme.

BESSONS GARNATXA 2021
Fermentation in stainless steel tanks and open French oak barrels of 600 liters. Aged for 14 months. Bottled in March 2023.
TASTING NOTES
Cherry color with garnet rim. Pleasant nose full of ripe fruit, dominated by forest fruits, with subtle toasted barrel notes, intense balsamic touches with mentholated and spicy notes reminiscent of cocoa and dry tobacco. Mineral undertones. Powerful entry on the palate, broad and intense, with excellent structure, ripe fruit, and good acidity. Long finish with a lingering aftertaste of ripe fruit.
