The "Dues Voltes" Project
Brings together unique vineyards representing various local varieties, perfectly capturing the organoleptic characteristics of their respective territories.
THE ESTATE
Finca Argeles, located between the villages of Porrera and Torroja del Priorat, within the Serra del Montsant Natural Park. This estate has an average altitude of 420 m and a vineyard surface area of 10 ha. The soil type varies by area, predominantly llicorella (slate).
LOOPS ANCESTRAL ROSAT 2021
Sparkling wine made with a single fermentation (ancestral method). The skins are macerated for 24 hours, and the wine is then bled to obtain an intensely colored rosé must. At the final stage of fermentation, it is bottled, and fermentation completes in the bottle. After 24 months of aging in the bottle, disgorging is performed to clean the lees.
