The Dandy Boar Blanc 2022
La Finca
The property was planted with White Grenache in 1996. Certified ecological and managed according to regenerative agricultural criteria. The soil make up is principally calcareous limestone and covers 1.2 hectares.

The Dandy Boar Blanc 2022 is a fresh and persistent wine. A wine to enjoy for any occasion.
Tasting Notes
Light, hay-colored with slight greenish notes on the edges. Clean, bright and crystaline.
On the nose, appears subtle and delicate, aromatic and persistent, showcasing its fresh and long character.
White flower notes and mineral undertones unite in the mouth pass that give way to unctuous sensations, as they give way to ripened fruit aromas. Presentation in the mouth is smooth and glycerin-like. The wine is fresh while at the same time intense and persistent.
Winemaking
The harvest begins in the middle of September, the best time for White Grenache. The grapes are removed from the stems and cold- stored in the skins for 48 hours in order to obtain the most aromatic terpenes and molecules. After the pneumatic press, in which oxidation is controlled at every step, the must is fermented for 20 days in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on its lees bestowing its qualities of unctuousness.
The wine was bottled in Spring of 2023, after a light filtration.
